Q: PURCHASING

All shipments are C.O.D. unless payment has been received with an order or other prior arrangements have been make for open account. 50% deposit required on C.O. D. Shipments.

Q: SHIPPING

Steelcraft has already negotiated deep discounts with select freight companies and passes this savings on to our customers. Unless indicated otherwise, all shipments are FOB Corona, California. Upon managements approval, freight shall be prepaid on shippable orders within the United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska) exceeding $6500.00. Our standard drop ship fee is $5.00 and will be added to all orders that are shipped to a location other than the billing address.

Q: CLAIMS

Inspection of shipments is the responsibility of the customer. Damage or shortages need to be reported by the customer to the carrier at the time of delivery and noted on the bill of lading. Any Claims not reported within 72 hours of delivery will not be honored.

Q: RETURNS

All returns must be authorized in advance by Steelcraft. No returns will be accepted without a Steelcraft issued RGA number and a copy of the original invoice. Authorized returns will be shipped freight prepaid by the customer and once inspected will be subject to a restocking fee of at least 20%. Credit will be issued (no refunds) pending customer’s 2:1 offset order.

Q: MAINTENANCE

Steelcraft products should be routinely cleaned with a mild soap and water solution then dried fully with a clean dry terry cloth. Powder-coated products have a similar consistency as automotive paints and should be cared for similarly. Stainless Steel products require routine cleaning and polishing with a non-abrasive polish. Failure to do so may cause fading, corrosion, and ultimately void product warranty.

Q: STAINLESS STEEL WARRANTY

Steelcraft guarantees the original purchaser a LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY against manufacturer defects in materials, workmanship, and finish under normal use excluding damage resulting from road hazards, debris, product misuse, improper installation, impairments from accidents, neglect, shipping or product modification. This warranty applies only to new products and is limited to the repair or replacement of Steelcraft products. Warranty does not include the cost of removal, installation, labor, freight, inconvenience, or consequential damage. The original purchaser must return defective merchandise to the original place of purchase and must provide the original receipt.

Q: BLACK POWDER COAT WARRANTY

Steelcraft guarantees the original purchaser a LIMITED 3 YEAR WARRANTY from the date of purchase against manufactured defects in materials, workmanship and finish under normal use. This excludes damage resulting from road hazards, debris, product misuse, improper installation, impairments from accidents, neglect, shipping or product modification. This warranty applies only to new products and is limited to the repair or replacement of Steelcraft products. Warranty does not include cost of removal, installation, labor, freight, inconvenience, or consequential damage. Original purchaser must return defective merchandise to original place of purchase and must provide original receipt.

This excludes damage resulting from road hazards, debris, product misuse, improper installation, impairments from accidents, neglect, shipping, or product modification. This warranty applies only to new products and is limited to the repair or replacement of Steelcraft products. Warranty does not include the cost of removal, installation, labor, freight, inconvenience, or consequential damage. The original purchaser must return defective merchandise to the original place of purchase and must provide an original receipt.

Steelcraft guarantees the original purchaser that our Heavy Duty Steel products are free of manufactured defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product. Warranty does not include the cost of removal, installation, labor, freight, inconvenience, or consequential damage. Q: DISCLAIMER

Steelcraft products are designed as decorative accessories and should not be relied upon as protection for the vehicle or passengers. Buyers assume all risk and liability whatsoever resulting from the installation and use of Steelcraft products. Steelcraft assumes no liability for injury, loss, incidental or consequential damages in the event of an accident.
